Abstract本发明涉及一种低温精密测控温热敏电阻器,尤其是在低温条件下进行精密温度测量控制的热敏电阻器。该电阻器是由锰、镍、铜氧化物混合物作基料,添加铁、锂、镧、钇四元金属氧化物混合物组成,采用配料、混合、研磨、加入粘合剂制成,电阻体坯体为片状或珠型,用铂金丝钳入坯体中进行烧结,然后在烧结的铂金丝上分别点焊杜美丝外引线,玻璃密封,该电阻器可在-253℃-0℃的不同温度区域内进行精密温度测量控制。
