Abstract本发明涉及一种氧化物热敏电阻材料是以硝酸镍、醋酸锰、硝酸钴、硝酸镁、硝酸铬、柠檬酸、硬酯酸、聚乙二醇(分析纯)原料组成,采用纳米粉体技术,粉体表面包覆技术,成型,烧结,老化等工艺制成;采用部分金属氧化物掺杂改善锰、钴、镍系NTC热敏材料的稳定性,得到了稳定性良好的NTC热敏电阻;该热敏电阻材料广泛应用于空调、电冰箱、微波炉、汽车等产业领域。
