Abstract本发明涉及一种负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷的微波烧结方法,首先分别配制二元系或三元系或四元系氧化物的负温度系数热敏材料;用常规的共沉淀法制备粉体生坯;将生坯放入保温体中,再将保温体整体放入多模式反应腔微波烧结装置内,在低于2.5KW的功率下进行烧结即可。经该方法烧结的热敏电阻陶瓷晶粒细小、致密。并大幅度提高了高精度热敏电阻元件的成品率。将常规烧结工艺的36小时缩短到微波烧结工艺的4小时,提高了负温度系数元件的生产效率。
