Abstract本发明涉及一种用乙酸盐制备热敏电阻氧化物纳米粉体的方法,该方法是以Co、Mn、Ni的乙酸盐为原料,草酸为沉淀剂,经过搅拌、共沉淀、洗涤、分散处理、烘干、煅烧工序处理最后制备出Co、Mn、Ni乙酸盐混合热敏电阻氧化物纳米粉体;粉体颗粒大小一般在50-150nm范围内。用该方法制备的粉体具有电阻值一致性和B值一致性较高,互换性能较好的高性能NTC热敏电阻。
