Abstract本发明涉及一种三元系负温度系数热敏电阻材料及其制造方法,其主要成分是以硝酸钴、硝酸锰、硫酸铁为原料,采用改进的液相共沉淀法,能工业化的批量重复生产负温度系数热敏电阻材料。通过严格控制共沉淀反应的pH值、浓度、温度,及表面活性剂,改善了沉淀物颗粒的团聚现象,通过无水乙醇脱水沉淀物和控制分解,制得了分散均匀的纳米粉体,将粉体预压成型、烧结后制成负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料。采用本发明制备的热敏电阻材料具有稳定性好、一致性好、重复性好的特点,采用玻璃密封制成负温度系数热敏电阻元件,产品具有稳定性好、互换性好、可靠性高及体积小的特点,适用于空调等的温度测量、控制和线路补偿。
