Abstract本发明涉及一种薰衣草组织培养方法,该方法根据植物叶片再生原理,以叶片为外植体,建立生长迅速的愈伤组织悬浮系,进而建立高频稳定再生体系。本发明采用固体—液体悬浮—固体培养的方法,提供了一种薰衣草离体快繁的方法,是在MS培养基上培养薰衣草叶片,建立生长迅速的愈伤组织悬浮培养体系,最后再生薰衣草幼苗,得到薰衣草无性系。本发明薰衣草芽分化率可达92.5%,生根率可达100%。与固体培养相比,本发明不仅能够提高愈伤组织生长速度和芽分化率,而且具有操作简便,劳动量少和劳动强度小,接种量大的特点,为薰衣草规模化快繁和遗传转化体系的建立奠定基础。
