Abstract本发明涉及一种用微波加热法一步合成稀土掺杂光致荧光材料,该光致荧光材料是以碱土金属硫化物作为基质材料,同时掺杂二种稀土金属离子即可。这种加热方式不同于一般常规的电阻炉加热方式,常规电阻炉加热是以电阻发热体为热源,通过热辐射和传导由表及里对材料加热,而微波加热是利用电磁场在材料中的介电损耗而产生的材料整体均匀加热。用此方法加热是在反应物内部各点同时均匀加热,使整个反应物在很短时间内即可提高到一个很高的均匀温度,使反应得以快速均匀地进行。微波加热替代传统的电阻炉加热,可大大提高加热速率和固相反应速率。
