Abstract本实用新型涉及一种高压配电箱绝缘套管,该套管是由套管主体、定位台阶、紧固螺母、凹形盖板、硅橡胶垫片组成;将该套管装配在配电柜后门的壳体上,其主要技术指标为:耐压35kV,有一定强度及硬度,其内孔能通过直径50mm左右探头;该套管具有安装简便、重量轻、机械性能和电气绝缘性能好,与配电柜结合紧密牢固,在装配过程中和运行状态下不易破碎、开裂、变形及渗漏,介电强度高,耐潮湿、耐电弧、耐漏电性能好等特点。采用该套管进行验电操作时,无须断电,操作安全可靠,大大提高了送电质量。
