Abstract本发明涉及一种用于宽组分重质液态石油烃完全催化氧化催化剂I,该催化剂为石油烃C1-C10,在制备中是将硝酸铈、碳酸钙、碳酸钡配制成混合溶液浸渍于无定型Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub>载体上,放置于马福炉中升温、保温、自然冷却后即得处理过的载体;再将硝酸锰、硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硝酸铜配制成混合液浸渍于处理过的载体上,放置于马福炉中升温、保温、自然冷却后即得催化剂。该催化剂在较低的温度下接近完全氧化,从根本上消除或大幅度降低燃料燃烧废气造成的污染,而不是消极地处理废气。此外由于完全氧化的温度较火焰燃烧的温度降低很多,所以反应的可控制性提高,并达到实用的程度。这大幅度降低制造成本,使本催化剂的大规模应用成为可能。
