Abstract本发明涉及一种大尺寸高质量硼酸铋锌(Bi2ZnB2O7)单晶及制备方法和用途。该晶体具有至少厘米级的大尺寸,非线性光学效应约为KDP(KH2PO4)的四倍,透光波段 290nm至3000nm;该晶体具有制备速度快,操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大,透光波段宽,激光损伤阈值高,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,不潮解,易加工、保存等优点。该方法以合成的Bi2ZnB2O7化合物为原料,采用熔体中提拉法、泡生法和坩埚移动法进行晶体生长;或以Bi2O3为助溶剂,采用高温溶液法进行晶体生长。该晶体的用途包括制作倍频发生器、上或下频率转换器,光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件。
