Abstract本发明涉及一种四水合硼酒石酸锶铵非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体分子式为:C4H16BNO12Sr,属于三斜晶系,分子量为368.61。采用水溶液法,调整pH值,在10-60天内,通过缓慢挥发水份,得到许多晶体,选择质量较好的晶体作为籽晶,通过程序降温的方法即可得到具有较大尺寸的有机-无机杂化的四水合硼酒石酸锶铵非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的1.5倍,紫外可见透光波段 210 nm至900 nm。该晶体具有操作简单,成本低,所用的试剂为有机、无机原料,毒性低,生长周期短,物化性质稳定等优点。本发明的非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
