Abstract本发明涉及一种具有高倍频效应大尺寸硼酸铅溴非线性光学晶体及其制备方法和用途。该晶体分子式为:Pb2B5O9Br,属于正交晶系,分子量为691.50;采用将硼酸铅溴化合物与助熔剂混匀,加热,恒温,再冷却到饱和点温度以上得到的混合熔液;将籽晶放入混合熔液中,快速降温至饱和点,让其在熔液中生长晶体;待晶体长到所需大小后,提离液面,降至室温,即可得到大尺寸硼酸铅溴非线性光学晶体。该晶体的制备具有操作简单、生长周期短、成本低的特点。所制得的晶体尺寸比较大,具有好的化学稳定性与热稳定性,在室温下不潮解,机械性能好,易加工、保存等优点。本发明的非线性光学晶体硼酸铅溴在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
