Abstract本发明涉及一种大尺寸硼酸钠钒非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体分子式为:Na3B6VO13,属于正交晶系,分子量为392.77,晶体尺寸为10-60mm×10-60mm×10-60mm,莫氏硬度为5.5;采用将硼酸钠钒化合物与助熔剂混匀,加热,恒温,在冷却到饱和温度得到混合溶液,将籽晶放入混合溶液中,降温至饱和温度,得到所需晶体,将晶体提离液面,降至室温,即可得到大尺寸硼酸钠钒非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的1/2倍,透光波段 375nm至3000nm。该晶体具有操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大,生长周期短,包裹体少,激光损伤阈值高,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,不潮解,易加工、保存等优点。本发明的非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
