Abstract本发明涉及一种薰衣草快速再生方法,本发明选择经薰衣草种子萌发后的下胚轴为外植体在固体再生培养基上可以直接分化不定芽,然后在固体生根培养基上生根,并最终形成完整植株。本发明薰衣草下胚轴的直接出芽率为46.7%,生根率为95%,组培周期为60天。与愈伤组织再生系统相比,本发明可以越过外植体愈伤组织诱导和分化的阶段,培养周期减少了3—4个月,因此具有生长速度快、发芽率高等优点。使用本发明扩繁薰衣草不仅可以大大缩短生产周期,而且可以减小劳动强度从而节省大量的人力资源,具有很强的实用价值,为薰衣草规模化组培快繁提供了技术保障。
