Abstract本发明涉及一种采用高速逆流色谱的方法从黑种草的粗提物中得到异苯并呋喃酮类化合物的制备方法,该方法所用溶剂为石油醚或正己烷或或正庚烷或正戊烷和乙酸乙酯和甲醇或乙醇或乙腈和水形成的四组分溶剂系统,通过一个分离步骤从黑种草中分离出异苯并呋喃酮类化合物。该方法分离量大,样品无损失、回收率高,分离环境缓和,节约溶剂。采用逆流色谱仪能直接进大量粗体样品或合成混合物,分离结果达到较高的纯度,取得良好的分离效果。该方法不仅适用于从植物粗提取物中制备纯度较高的产品,同时也适用于对各种途径获得的异苯并呋喃酮类物质粗提物提纯和各种型号的逆流色谱仪分离异苯并呋喃酮类物质。
