Abstract本发明涉及一种大尺寸硼酸钾锶非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体分子式为:KSr4B3O9,属于正交晶系,分子量为566.01,晶体尺寸为10-60mm×10-60mm×10-60mm,采用将硼酸钾锶化合物与助熔剂混匀,加热,恒温,再冷却到饱和温度得到混合熔液,将籽晶放入混合熔液中,降温至饱和温度,得到所需晶体,将晶体提离液面,降至室温,即可得到大尺寸硼酸钾锶非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为约等同于KDP,透光波段 220nm至3000nm。该晶体具有操作简单,成本低,所制晶体尺寸大,生长周期短,包裹体少,激光损伤阈值高,机械性能好,不易碎裂,物化性质稳定,不潮解,易加工、保存等优点。本发明的非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
