Abstract本发明涉及一种含溴的溴硼酸钾非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体分子式为:K3B6O10Br,属于三方晶系,空间群为R3m,分子量为422.07,具有钙钛矿结构。该晶体采用高温溶液法,将溴硼酸钾化合物与助熔剂混匀,加热,恒温,在冷却到饱和温度得到混合溶液,将绑有Pt丝的刚玉杆放入混合溶液中,降温至饱和温度,得到所需晶体,将晶体提离液面,降至室温,即可得到溴硼酸钾非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的2倍,透光波段 210 nm至3000 nm。在空气中不潮解,生长周期短,易于切割、抛光加工和保存,适合于制作非线性光学器件。本发明的非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
