Abstract本发明涉及一种深低温氧化物热敏电阻材料,该材料是用碳酸锶或氧化锶和三氧化二钴进行直接固相反应或用硝酸盐采用化学方法合成非化学计量的钙钛矿结构氧化物SrCoO1-xNixO3-5(0≤δ≤0.1,0≤δ≤0.5)材料,经测试其参数与已有的在液氧、液氮、液氢温度下使用的定型产品相比,得出的元件可在4.2K-20K温度下使用,且使用温区比较宽,由于不含稀土元素也降低了成本。
