Abstract本发明涉及一种用CO2超临界萃取技术提取芳香新塔花全草中挥发油的方法,该方法是将新塔花全草,洗净,常温干燥,用粉碎机粉碎,过筛,得到新塔花全草粉末,将新塔花全草粉末放入萃取缸进行萃取,然后从分离缸Ⅰ和分离缸Ⅱ放料口放出挥发油即可。该方法不需要任何溶剂,可在常温下进行,并且CO2无毒,无残留,节约能耗,气源来源稳定,可循环使用,提取工艺简单,萃取效率高,其挥发油的收率可达到1.8%以上。克服了传统的对新塔花的挥发油提取中使用的水蒸气蒸馏的方法存在的费时,费能和产品带有水分残留的缺点。
