Abstract本发明涉及一种具有厘米级的大尺寸八水合偏硼酸锂非线性光学晶体及制备方法和用途,该晶体分子式为:LiBO2?8H2O,属于三方晶系,空间群为P3,分子量为193.87。采用水溶液法,在3-30天内,通过缓慢挥发水分,得到晶体,选择质量较好的晶体作为籽晶,通过程序降温或恒温的方法即可得到具有厘米级的大尺寸八水合偏硼酸锂非线性光学晶体。该晶体非线性光学效应为KDP晶体的0.6倍,紫外吸收边为190nm以下。该晶体生长过程具有操作简单,成本低,所用的试剂为无机原料,毒性低,生长周期短,物化性质稳定等优点。本发明的非线性光学晶体在倍频转换、光参量振荡器等非线性光学器件中可以得到广泛应用。
