助催化剂对微型固定床反应器合成二甲基二氯硅烷的影响

Abstract文章利用微型固定床反应器,研究了直接法合成二甲基二氯硅烷的反应过程中助催化剂(Zn粉、三苯基磷和醋酸锌)对二甲基二氯硅烷收率和选择性的影响。研究发现:硅铜触体在加入助催化剂后,诱导期缩短,硅转化率有不同程度的提升,二甲基二氯硅烷的收率也有很大提高,但是选择性却变化不一;同时表明使用微型固定床反应器筛选有机硅单体制备的催化剂,具有量小、便捷、高效的特点。
Other AbstractThe micro-fixed bed reactor was employed to investigate the effects of promoters(Zn powder, Triphenylphosphine, Zinc acetate)on the yield and selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane by direct synthesis. The results showed that after the promoters were added into silicon-copper mass, the induction period was shorten, the silicon conversion rate was increased and the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane was greatly improved but the selectivity varied differently. Meanwhile, the micro-fixed bed reactor was used in screening catalyst with characteristics of less amount, convenient and efficient.
