Abstract

采用Pechini方法成功制备了Mn0.43Ni0.9CuFe0.67O4纳米粉体,聚合物前驱体在500℃下进行热分解获得氧化物,经不同温度煅烧,采用X射线衍射(XRD),粒度分析,扫描电镜对煅烧后纳米粉体进行表征。结果表明,最佳煅烧温度为650℃,获得的颗粒尺寸小且均匀。
