Abstract

以Li2CO3和TiO2为原料,采用固相法合成尖晶石结构Li4-Ti5012用XRD、SEM对合成的Li4-xTi5O12进行了表征。用恒流电池测试仪,对Li4-xTi5O12的循环性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:在800℃恒温16h合成的Li3. 77Ti5O12,在电流密度0.13mA/cm2时,首次充电容量达到190mAh/g,20次循环后容量保持在187mAh/g,容量保持率为98.4%,并且超过了理论容量。
