摘要: 采用溶液胶 - 凝胶方法合成了粉径为20nm的多元纳米电压敏粉体,将纳米粉体用冷等静压成型制备成高密度的坯体,然后对坯体进行高温烧结。分了烧结过程中多元纳米电压 敏粉体的晶粒长大的动力学行为。在晶粒形成初期以表面扩散方式传质,通过实验和计算得到多元纳米粉体的晶粒长大的激活能为(36424)kJ/mol。
英文摘要: The 20 nm composite nanopowders for varistors were prepared by sol-gel method .The samples of higher density were prepared by high-pressure cold-isostatic pressing and sintering at high temperature. The kinetics models of grain formation and grain growth are established. Early in sintering, the grains begin to form while atoms spreading through the powder surfaces. The activation energy obtained through experiment and the calculation for grain growth is (36424) kJ/mol.
