摘要: 通过紫外光谱分析对棉油甲酯的异构化反应规律进行了研究 ,以碘为异构化催化剂催化活性高于二茂铁 ,通过实验确定了适宜的异构化反应条件为 :反应温度 180℃、反应时间 5h、催化剂用量为 0 .3% ,反应应在氮气保护的情况下进行 ,亚油酸的转化率为 5 6 .1%。
英文摘要: The isomerization principle of methyl ester of cottonseed oil was studied by UV spectium analysis. It was found that odine was superior to dicyclopentadienyl iron when used as catalyst for isomerization. The optimum conditions of the reaction were that catalyst dosage was about 0.3% of the mass of methyl ester of cottonseed oil, reaction temperature was 180℃, and reaction time was 5 h, the reaction should be acted under protection of nitrogen. Under the optimum con-ditions, the conversion of nonconjugated linoleic acid is 56.1%. higher than that of reported paper.
