Abstract

目的 :研究肉苁蓉 (CistanchedeserticolaY C Ma)在不同采收季节苯乙醇甙类化合物含量的变化。方法 :采用LC MS法对肉苁蓉中的四种苯乙醇甙类化合物 (麦角甾甙、海胆甙、肉苁蓉甙A、2′ 乙酰基麦角甾甙 )进行定性分析和含量测定。结果 :在春季和秋季肉苁蓉中分别检测出了四个苯乙醇甙类化合物 ,但除麦角甾甙外 ,其余三种化合物的含量有较大的差别。结论 :肉苁蓉采收季节不同 ,苯乙醇甙类化合物的含量也不同 ,药材质量有一定的差异。
