Abstract

利用天然植物资源通过纯化分离得到了亚麻胶和沙枣胶。对3种植物胶阿拉伯胶、沙枣胶和亚麻胶的理化指标、增稠性、协同增稠性、乳化和泡沫性能进行了对比研究,结果表明,沙枣胶和亚麻胶可以取代商品阿拉伯胶。

Other Abstract

Linseed gum and Elaeagnus angustifolia L gum were obtained by purification separation from nature plants. Physical and chemical indexs, viscosity increase,emulsification and foam properties were studied. The results showed that Linseed gum and Elaeagnus angustifolia L gum can substitute Arabic gum.
