Conjugated linoleic acid triglyceride was synthesized from ethyl ester of conjugated linoleic acid and glycerine by transesterification reaction. Potassium salt of fatty acid was used as homogenization reagent. The reaction was catalyzed by anhydrous potassium carbonate under pressure of about 0. 0 kPa. Process conditions were obtained as follows. Mole ratio of ethyl ester of conjugated linoleic acid to glycerine was 6:1. Reaction temperature was 140℃and reaction time 1. 5 h. Weight of anhydrous potassium carbonate was 0. 5% - 1% the weight of ethyl ester of conjugated linoleic acid. Conjugated linoleic acid was above 80% in the product statistically. Yield of product reached 60% -65%.
