多元纳米电压敏粉体的烧结动力学研究

Abstract

采用溶胶 凝胶方法合成了粉径为20 nm的多元纳米电压敏粉体,将纳米粉体用冷等静压成型制备成高密度的坯体,然后对坯体进行高温烧结。研究了烧结过程中多元纳米电压敏粉体的晶粒形成和晶粒长大的动力学行为。在晶粒形成初期以表面扩散方式传质,通过实验和计算得到多元纳米粉体的晶粒长大的激活能为(364±24)kJ/mol。
