Abstract

讨论了液相法制备Co-Mn-Ni三元系NTC热敏电阻超微细粉体的一些主要方法,如共沉淀法,均匀沉淀法,溶胶 凝胶法等的基本原理与优缺点,并对一些具体制备方法进行了比较。

Other Abstract

Some methods, fundamental principles and existing problems in preparation of ultra-fine powder of Co-Mn-Ni thermistor ceramics by liquid-phase method are discussed. The different preparation methods are compared.
