Abstract

研究了ZnO压敏/ BaTiO3电容双功能多层器件,在共烧过程中瓷体分层和收缩的问题.通过调节BaTiO3瓷料和粘合剂的质量比为1:0.8和压敏陶瓷/粘合剂质量比为1:0.6,烧结温度1 100℃和瓷体/瓷体的交界层,使BaTiO3体系电容器和ZnO压敏陶瓷电阻器的共烧器件,在宏观上匹配很好.这为其它相似元件的共烧提供了参考.
