Abstract对新疆尉犁蛭石样品采用新型微波加热法制备膨胀蛭石,并与电热加热900℃法制备的热膨胀蛭石进行对比分析。SEM分析结果表明:微波法制备的膨胀蛭石层与层之间分离彻底,层间孔隙多,平均膨胀倍数大;XRD分析结果表明:蛭石层间距变化小。通过XRD、差热和红外对比分析发现:微波加热对结构破坏较小,只是导致层间水蒸发丢失,而结构水基本没有蒸发,笔者认为这是微波法制备的膨胀蛭石层间距变化小、不发脆的原因。
