大赖草总DNA转化小麦的RAPD分析

Abstract

用160个随机引物对不同性状转基因小麦、受体‘春麦761’和大赖草等进行随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析,筛选出5个重复性好和多态性高的引物。转基因小麦的扩增图谱中出现供体大赖草的特异性条带,简单遗传相似系数和聚类的分析结果均表明,大赖草基因片段已整合到转化的小麦基因组中。
