SrS:Eu, Sm material was prepared by carbon reduction method. The effect of calcinations' temperature and time on luminescence intensity were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests prove that the synthetically materials have single phase and the samples prepared is with face-center cubic structure and the lattice parameter is 0.601 nm. The peak of sample excitation spectrum is at 272 nm, 340 nm, and 466 nm. The peak of fluorescence spectrum is at 603 nm. The photo-stimulation luminescence spectrum of peak is at 608 nm. The optical stimulated luminescence spectral response range is between 800 and 1400 nm.
