钛酸锶钡(Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3)纳米粉体的微波水热法合成

Abstract采用微波水热法成功合成了钛酸锶钡(Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3)纳米粉体。研究了反应温度、反应时间和反应物浓度对微波合成的影响。结果表明:微波合成的最佳制备条件为反应温度195℃,反应时间20~30min,Ba2+: Sr2+:Ti4+=3:2:1,Ba(NO3)2浓度为0.12mol/L,KOH浓度为0.6mol/L。在以上工艺参数条件下,能获得分布均匀,结晶完好,平均粒径为60nm的Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3纳米粉体。
