两种反应体系合成亚麻酸甘油酯的研究

Abstract

采用直接酯化法,以亚麻酸和甘油为原料,以脂肪酶Novozym 435为催化剂在无溶剂体系和有溶剂体系中合成亚麻酸甘油酯。结果表明,当亚麻酸与甘油摩尔比为1∶2.5,酶添加量为体系总质量的1%,60℃反应24 h后,无溶剂体系亚麻酸的转化率为92.7%,有溶剂体系亚麻酸的转化率为92.3%。所得亚麻酸甘油酯为淡黄色油状透明液体,酸值低于3 mgKOH/g。
