Abstract以Li2CO3,MnO2,Al2O3为原料,采用2.45 GHz、最大输出功率为10 kW的多模腔微波炉,合成了Al掺杂的LiMn2-xAlxO4尖晶石型正极材料。采用BET,XRD,SEM等手段研究了微波法合成工艺条件对LiMn2-xAlxO4正极材料显微结构以及电化学性能的影响,并与固相法合成的材料进行了比较。
