Abstract

Other Abstract

To synthesize CaS : Ce, Sm phosphors in microwave field and discuss the luminescence properties of the phosphors by measuring their emission spectra. The testing results show that emission spectrum is observed in visible light. Compared to high temperature sintering method, microwave heating can reduce sublimation of S according to the heating mechanism, So microwave heating methods can evite the aegis of inert gases, and environment contamination furthest; Therefore, microwave heating method can easily compound purer CaS : Ce, Sm.
