Jatrophane diterpenoids from Fructus Euphorbia sororia

AbstractFructus Euphorbia sororia is a widely used traditional medicine in China. Six new jatrophane-type diterpenoids (compounds 1-6) were isolated from Fructus E. sororia. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (IR, ESI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR).
