万寿菊干花中叶黄素酯的超声提取工艺研究

Abstract

研究了超声提取万寿菊干花中叶黄素酯的工艺条件,分别考察了不同溶剂、料液比、超声功率和超声时间对叶黄素酯含量的影响。结果表明:采用正己烷为溶剂,料液比1∶30,超声功率500W,超声时间40min为最佳条件,此时叶黄素酯的含量达到15.5mg/g。
