Abstract

以2,6-二叔丁基酚、多聚甲醛和均三甲苯为原料,经醚化、Friedel-Crafts反应两步反应,合成出受阻酚类抗氧剂2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)均三甲苯(抗氧剂330)。考察了硫酸浓度、硫酸滴加时间、硫酸的用量、原料摩尔比等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明,硫酸浓度为85%,n(硫酸)∶n(均三甲苯)=4∶1,n(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲氧甲基苯酚)∶n(均三甲苯)=4∶1,反应温度为10℃,硫酸滴加时间为0.5 h,收率为89.2%。
