Abstract目的筛选富集玫瑰花总酚的最佳树脂型号及最佳工艺。方法通过静态、动态吸附-解吸附相结合方法,以总酚含量和有效部位质量为评价指标,综合评分法确定最优工艺条件。结果HPD600树脂富集效果最好,其最佳吸附工艺为:上样液浓度5.50mg.mL-1,洗脱乙醇浓度(V/V)50%,洗脱体积5倍柱床体积(BV),洗脱流速4BV.h-1。富集后总酚质量分数>60%。结论HPD600树脂富集玫瑰花总酚含量高,工艺简单,适合大生产。
