Abstract

采用固相法首次合成了碳包覆的掺杂不同金属离子的锂离子电池负极材料Li3.9M0.1Ti5O12/C(M=Mn、Cu、Mg),对材料进行了循环伏安测试及恒电流充放电测试。结果表明:金属掺杂未改变材料的晶体尖晶石结构,由于金属离子对Li4Ti5O12的晶胞内部的掺杂和C对其外部的包覆,使复合材料的锂离子扩散速率、大电流循环稳定性和可逆容量都明显提高。在1C充放电循环时,Li3.9Mn0.1Ti5O12/C、Li3.9Cu0.1Ti5O12/C、Li3.9Mg0.1Ti5O12/C首次放电容量分别达到156.6,162.4和169.8 mAh/g;50次循环后,容量分别保持在155.4,159.6和169.7 mAh/g,展示了优良的电化学特性。

Other Abstract

Li3.9M0.1Ti5O12/C(M=Mn, Cu, Mg) as anode materials for lithium ion batteries were synthesized by solid-state method. This is the first combined the metallic ions doping inner the cell with carbon coating crystal particles for improving electrochemical characteristic of Li4Ti5O12.The electrochemical properties were investigated. Results indicate that Li3.9M0.1Ti5O12 keeps spinel structure. The Li+ diffusivity, capacity and cycle stability of Li4Ti5O12 are enhanced by the metallic ions inner the cell and the carbon coating crystal particles. The first discharge capacities of Li3.9Mn0.1Ti5O12/C, Li3.9Cu0.1Ti5O12/C, Li3.9Mg0.1Ti5O12/C are 156.6,162.4,169.8 mAh/g at 1C, respectively. After 50 cycles they are 155.4,159.6,169.7 mAh/g, respectively. Li3.9M0.1Ti5O12/C shows excellent electrochemical performance
