Abstract目的 建立鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中总黄酮含量的测定方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量.结果 采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.003~0.018mg/mL 浓度范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9998),豆叶和豆茎的平均回收率为99.3% 和101.1%,RSD 为1.86% 和2.46%.结论 所用方法 简便、准确,可用于鹰嘴豆的质量控制.
