摘要: 目的:为了提高1,4-丁二醇的附加值和开发新型的生物可降解材料。方法:以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂通过酯化缩聚合成了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果:醇酸物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.6%(质量百分含量),反应温度220℃,反应时间6h,酯化率可达98.7%,平均分子量和分子量分布分别为:Mn=182197,Mw/Mn=1.626406。利用红外谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对产物进行了表征确认。
英文摘要: Objective:In order to improve the value of 1,4-butanediol and develop new biodegradable material.Method:Synthesis of polyester(1,4-butanediol-succinic acid)by esterificational polycondensation from 1,4-butanediol and succinic acid as raw materials,and using tetrabutyl titanate as the catalyst were studied.Reaction conditions including reaction time,temperature and catalyst amount on the esterification rate were optimized.Result:The mole ratio of hydroxy-acid was 1∶1.2,catalyst amount was 0.6%,reaction temperature was 220℃,reaction time was 6h,esterification rate was 98.7%,average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were:Mn=182197,Mw/Mn=1.626406.The chemical structure of PBS was characterized by IR and GPC.
