新疆棕色棉纤维中原花青素的提取及鉴定

Abstract

选取新疆5个棕色棉品种(系),分别为棕86、新彩棉1号、新彩棉5号、棕196和棕470,它们的纤维色泽由深到浅依次为棕86>新彩棉5号>棕196>新彩棉1号>棕470。以普通白色棉品种为对照,用含体积分数为0.1%三氟乙酸的乙腈水溶液(乙腈水溶液的体积分数为50%)分别冷浸提取各品种(系)的棉纤维色素,通过紫外光谱吸收和铁盐催化法鉴定出棕色棉和白色棉纤维提取液中均含有原花青素;利用铁盐催化反应比色法定量测定棕色棉和白色棉纤维中原花青素含量。结果显示,棕色棉纤维中原花青素含量明显高于白色棉;除棕470外,棕色棉纤维的色泽同原花青素的含量明显相关,棕色棉纤维的色泽越深,其原花青素的含量越高。可见,原花青素是棕色棉纤维色素的一种重要组分。
